My recent stay at the hotel had some highlight moments, especially with the exceptional service and the overall clean and comfortable rooms. However, I faced a few hiccups like the iron leaving a red mark on my husband's shirt and my Chanel purse mysteriously disappearing after checkout, which left a bitter taste in what could have been a perfect stay. The location offered easy access to nearby shopping, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, while there were great amenities, the experience was marred by unfortunate incidents.

I had an exceptional experience at the Ritz! The high tea was nothing short of amazing, especially the delicious shrimp tea sandwiches and decadent desserts. The staff went above and beyond with their service, making our stay truly memorable. However, I did have a minor issue with the whirlpool temperature and a slight mix-up during check-in, which was quickly resolved.
